How to handle returns:
1. Please email before anything else: sales@myrockhound.com
2. If you have a damaged specimen, the original packaging must be returned with the item.
3. No returns are accepted for grits or polishes. They are too easy to have become contaminated. Please make sure they are what you want before you buy.
4. If you change your mind about something you purchased and want to return it for a refund, postage is not refunded.
